Project administration

Processing of applications for allocation of funds from grant titles from EU funds and national support programmes and implementation of complete project administration

  • advice on the rules of the subsidy programme 2021 – 2027
  • consultation of the project plan with the provider and the intermediate body (e.g. agency for entrepreneurship and innovation)
  • preparation of the grant application in the MS2021+ Information System
  • Ensuring all supporting documents and particulars for the completeness of the aid application.
  • elaboration of a feasibility study (mandatory annex to the grant application)
  • managerial management of project preparation – managerial management during the entire application process, its acceptance and at the time of the Project evaluation and comprehensive provision of the grant provider's requirements
  • Preparation of mandatory annexes and supervision of their submission, e.g. coordination of project documentation, energy audit, project budget. Furthermore, this activity includes negotiations with the grant provider at the time of acceptance of the project application and at the time of the evaluation of the Project and possible completion of the application.

Project:

  • processing of monitoring reports and payment requests, including all mandatory annexes in MS 2021+
  • consultancy in dealing with change management in the project, monitoring the fulfilment of the project schedule and possible consultations with the grant provider
  • advising on the administration of the project, associated with its implementation

Operational (sustainability) of the project:

Providing advisory and consulting activities within the administration of the operational phase of the project, in particular:

  • monitoring of the project through reports on ensuring the sustainability of the project (hereinafter referred to as "EsP" of the project) for a period of 5 years from the so-called financial termination of the project implementation; administration of the EsP project takes place through the information system MS2021+
  • advising on the Rules of the Grant Provider at the time of project sustainability, consultation of changes in the operational phase of the project with the Grant Provider
  • participation in inspections and negotiations with control authorities during the period of mandatory sustainability of the project
  • advising on the administration of the project at the time of its sustainability
